Booth Pricing
$600 for single booth (9′×6′) — includes 1 table, 2 chairs, conference registration, banquet ticket
$900 for double booth (18′×6′), $300 extra per additional 9′×6′
Display vehicle indoors costs extra $300 (inside) plus booth cost
Important Deadlines:
Registration & payments must be received by ~October 10, 2025 (unless prior arrangement made).
General & Vehicle booth registrations may be canceled by October 10.
